So after my Heart Attack on the Sunday I was due to get my stent fitted on the Friday. They prepare you for the operation which takes up to 2 hours but the question most people ask is does it hurt getting a stent put in, is a stent painful. To be honest I was mored afraid of getting into to an elevator to go to the surgery as I have a big fear of enclosed spaces.
